Perhaps Colorado’s most notable farm-to-table scene stealer, the Palisade peach is a summer harvest beauty adored far and wide. The thin pancake-esque wrapping is filled with a whipped cheesecake cream, made with cream cheese, vanilla bean extract and powdered sugar. A homemade salted caramel sauce and almond slivers crown the handheld delight.
